Rebecca is a graduate of Memorial University with a Bachelor of Commerce Honours in Human Resources. She is passionate about the world of HR and has acquired over 10 years of diverse HR experience. She has worked within Government, Recruiting Agencies, Oil/Gas/ Engineering, Petrochemical and Gaming/ Hospitality.

She has engineered programs surrounding recruitment, engagement, and employer brand awareness. She enjoys finding out-of-the-box solutions for her unique client’s needs. Other areas of work include Employee Relations, Performance Management, Training Development (including leadership and onboarding), and Project Management.

Her many strengths include network building, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.

When not working, she enjoys adventures with her spouse, children, and boxer.
