A graduate of the College of the North Atlantic’s Business Management (Human Resources) program, Josh brings a strong foundation in HR practices and business operations, backed by both academic achievement and practical experience. Outside of his professional career, Josh enjoys being active with hockey, tennis, and golf.

Josh’s journey with Higher Talent began during his work term placement, where his dedication and natural people-first approach quickly stood out. Following a successful internship, he officially joined the team and now works with clients to strengthen their HR frameworks, enhance employee engagement, and support recruitment and retention strategies.

With a passion for both business and human resources, Josh believes that employee relations and strong organizational culture are the cornerstones of a high-performing workplace. His focus is on helping companies align their people strategies with their business goals, ensuring both employees and employers succeed.
