Jump Recruitment, on behalf of our client, Kerby-Reid Inc, is seeking a Full-Stack Developer, to join their team in St. John’s, NL. This is an in-office role.

Position Summary
Kerby-Reid is currently recruiting a Full-Stack Developer to join their team, in-office, in St. John’s, NL. The position is accountable for software development at an intermediate level and reports to the company Software Architect.


  • Design, develop and test software
  • Maintain the operation of business systems and applications.
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve applications incidents.
  • Identify areas for improvement in existing applications and develop those improvements.
  • Work with other developers and project stakeholders.
  • Follow established practices, processes and guidelines.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Completion of post-secondary degree or diploma in software development or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience as a Software Developer, Software Engineer or similar role.
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with .NET, JavaScript and SQL.
  • Experience with MS Azure, REST API’s and automated testing is an asset.
  • Ability to learn and implement new technologies.
  • Good communication skills and experience with customer service or dealing with clients.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and individually.
  • Knowledge and experience in the Insurance industry is an asset.
  • Criminal record check, employment verification, and education verification required.
  • Must live in or near St. John’s, NL or be willing to relocate to Newfoundland (in-office position).
