RESPONSIBILITIES: What you will do
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, respecting internal and external meetings, client events, business-related activities and travel management.
- Coordinate, prepare and edit documents such as correspondence, presentations and reports as required.
- Maintain a master filing system for the Executive offices and process confidential transactions.
- Respond to client and partner enquiries.
- Process incoming calls and messages for appropriate action.
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO.
- Prepare and submit expense reports for the CEO.
- Complete various assignments and administrative duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS: Your background
- Post-secondary education in office administration, business or a related field of study is considered an asset.
- 5+ years of administrative and/or customer service experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.

- Proficient in organizing, planning and scheduling.
