Client Solutions Associate – Hunt’s Logistics

Jump Recruitment Specialists has partnered with Hunt’s Logistics to find a driven and dynamic Client Solutions Associate to join their growing team in St. John’s.

Reporting to the General Manager, The Client Solutions Associate will bring a track record of sales success in the transportation and/or supply chain field, coupled with a dedication to exceptional customer service.

The Role: Driver of Relationships, Deliver Results

• Connect with potential clients to understand their unique shipping needs and recommend tailored Hunt’s solutions that make a real difference – from local hauls to complex supply chain challenges.
• Generate new leads through outbound strategies, cold outreach, and creative prospecting.
• Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
• Represent Hunt’s Logistics at trade shows, industry event, and client meetings – showing the world how we go the extra mile.
• Dive into untapped markets, think creatively, and bring fresh energy to our business development efforts.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in sales, ideally in transportation, logistics, or supply chain
• A passion for relationship-building and solution-based selling
• High self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset (in other words, you chase results)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• A keen sense of organization, attention to detail, and an ability to follow through
• Bonus: a background in business development, trucking, or logistics
• Proficient in MS Office Suite and adept at learning new software
