Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspiring Leadership: Lead by example, motivating and empowering team members to exceed expectations and achieve their full potential.
  • Brand Ambassador: Act as a brand ambassador, representing Harvey and Company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.
  • Passion for Growth: Drive continuous improvement and growth initiatives within the Customer Champion: Prioritize customer satisfaction and loyalty, consistently delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with customers.
  • Branch, leveraging market insights and opportunities to expand our business.
  • Team Development: Foster a culture of learning and development, providing coaching, mentorship, and support to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
  • Sustainable Profitability: Take ownership of financial performance, implementing strategies to ensure sustainable profitability while maintaining operational efficiency.
  • Attention to Detail: Uphold the highest standards of quality and accuracy in all aspects of branch operations, from inventory management to customer service.
  • Innovation: Drive innovation and creativity within the branch, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
  • Problem Solver: Proactively identify and address challenges, demonstrating resilience and resourcefulness in finding effective solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a leadership role, ideally within the heavy equipment industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proven track record of driving results and achieving targets.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
